Hi, I’m Judith — a children’s yoga and wellbeing practitioner based in Ripponden, passionate about helping babies, children, and families to feel calmer, more confident, and more connected to themselves and the world around them.
I believe every child deserves tools that help them navigate big feelings, build resilience, and experience moments of stillness in an increasingly busy world. Through playful movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and nurturing touch, I create sessions that support emotional regulation, physical development, and overall well-being from birth through to the school years.
The earliest months of life are a precious time for bonding, communication, and gentle development.
My baby classes offer a warm, supportive space where parents and carers can slow down, connect, and learn techniques that soothe, strengthen, and support their baby’s growth.
For toddlers through to secondary-aged children, my yoga and mindfulness sessions blend movement, breathwork, games, stories, and relaxation to create a fun, engaging experience that supports both physical and emotional well-being. I run community classes at the Ripponden Community Centre and deliver sessions in schools, preschools, nurseries, and secondary settings to support wellbeing, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour.
Children today face more stimulation, pressure, and emotional overwhelm than ever before. Yoga and mindfulness offer practical, lifelong tools that help them feel grounded, capable, and calm.
Parents and teachers often notice:
Improved emotional regulation
Greater confidence and independence
Better focus during learning
Calmer transitions and smoother routines
A more positive sense of self
Whether you’re a parent looking for a nurturing class, or a school, preschool, or secondary setting wanting to support children’s wellbeing, I’d love to help.
I offer:
